Will this scratch the inside of pan/skillet?

It is made of nylon and shouldn't damage your cookware any more than other non-stick utensils. I have used it in stainless steel bowls and Hexclad non-stick pans with no noticeable damage.

What temperature is this heat resistant?

The hamburger chopper is heat resistant up to 428 degrees Fahrenheit.

Good not great!

I first saw this in a video. I thought it would be a great product to have in the kitchen. It’s good but not great. The biggest problem is that food climbs up the cutting edges and you need to keep a spatula handy to push it back down. I must confess I haven’t used it exclusively for meat. I have mashed eggs, greens, chick peas etc. it does the job well but needs intervention. I am happy it’s in my kitchen but not overly ecstatic about it.
