Stops the seat belt cutting into your neck.
I bought these as I'm quite short (5"2") I find that seatbelts always rub on my neck when driving. Easy to use, value for money and very comfortable to drive whilst using. They are easy to fit.

CHEAP AND TACKY
I would have given it 0 or possibly 1 star BUT it does actually work. A £2 maximum piece of cheap plastic but it works, I suspect for only a short time before it breaks
