Device went dead after one use (3 weeks old). wont charge or turn on - Autel refuse to help.
This device went dead after one use. It refused to charge and wont turn on after one use. I contacted Autel EU explained the problem, they asked me for the serial (I had already been through device activation) and sent the serial then after that they completely blanked me, no response whatsoever. I sent multiple emails requesting help but they simply blanked me. Awful company. They will not honour guarantees, an absolute scam!

Cumplió todas las expectativas ya trabajé bastantes coches con ella incluido VW golf mk6 y Mk7 agregó todas las llaves sin problema su funcionamiento es intuitiva. Y eso la hace muy sencilla de usar. Muy contento con el producto

Strumento molto professionale!! Ho attivato la versione pro e praticamente è diventata una mini diagnosi👍.... La cosa che mi ha fatto davvero molto piacere è l'assistenza sono gentili rispondono immediatamente e risolvono qualsiasi dubbio!!! Super consigliato!!!!!!
