Neat idea.
Took a few tries and a bit of cursing but when I finally managed to put this together its good. Spacious so if your tank is v small bear that in mind.Probably not tough enough for big strong fish but normal small tropicals its fine.Good value.

Terrible don't buy
The net is loose and kills fish, nor is it taught enough to function with the separator. The bottom divider is loose fitting and moves in place. Very cheaply produced, the net tears open at the tiniest pressure. Other fish could get through it no issue. Also dangerous for all fish as they get stuck.

Very flimsy
I brought this as my pond fish had given birth and I had not realised. It was flimsy and loose and it lasted 3 days in the pond. Not a great product for the pond but perhaps would work better in a glass fish tank. I would try again if I had a indoor fish tank but not for the pond. Delivery was good and speedy. I think this product was not good for what I needed it for and perhaps could be made stronger and sturdier

Value for money
Perfect little fry box. I bought this to use in my pond so my fry would still get the fresh water without being eaten. Although I didn’t end up with any babies the box was quite sturdy, easy to put together and a good size for what I wanted. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely awful all the fry escaped In minutes
The net it's self seems good very very small holes no way for fry to escape.....or so you think the stitching around the square base or the net is shocking. once its stretched into position there are large holes on almost every stitch. The has led to well £200+ over synodotis pertricola catfish new hatched fry to escape and be eaten. I ve had this in the tank for less than 10mins and almost all the fry had escaped where talking over 200 fry.I got this in a emergency as my birthing tank setup wasn't fully cycled and thought this will do for a few days. How I was wrong.This may work for larger fry such has guppies but for anything smaller please stay clear.I will be requesting a refund but that does nothing to cover the loss suffered.
