Do you recommend take one tablet three times a day or 3 tablets once a day?

3 once a day. These supplements leave you body fast. It is better to eat food, then, that these with water. This helps with breaking down the tablets and getting more out of them. Powders are better, because they have a better absorption rate. It take about 7 to 8 months for a full body saturation to happen. So you'll feel the biggest difference at 8 months. These may be natural but to much of anything could start to shut your kidneys and liver down. That's why you need to only take the recommended amounts, and eat before taking them. Do not take them before bed either. They will just sit on your stomach and could eat away at your stomach and cause ulcers. Taking these with breakfast would be the best. That is when your body is in peak performance for the day.

I see it's made in the usa. are all the ingredients from the usa?

"Made in the USA" only means that the ingredients are put in the capsules in the USA. Since the supplier uses weasel wording you can assume it is mainly sourced from China lacking any further evidence to the contrary. Supplement companies go to great lengths to avoid using the word China but that is the source of almost all ingredients. That is not necessarily a bad thing as far as quality is concerned.

Does it contain shellfish?

Our glucosamine is harvested from the shells of premium high quality shellfish such as shrimp and crab. Rancid fish oil taste!!!

I am with the other one star reviewers who have commented on the terrible taste of these pills. I have purchased this product before without any issues but my morning supplements started tasting terrible so one by one - I went through the pills until I had one of these in my mouth and about spit it out, it leaves a terrible taste in you. I smelled it dry - it does smell a little weird. But once it gets wet in your moth - POW- it’s tastes like rancid fish oil. This stuff needs to be recalled!!! I had to go to customer service in order to get a return because the manufacturer claims no returns because of the type of product it is, but don’t let that stop you!!!I provide the lot # of the product in the attached photo with the bad taste. Who knows what it is it could actually be caustic or toxic…

Good product, bad taste and smell

I have been taking this brand for years and it's never had a smell or odor until this last bottle I bought. It has a very bitter taste and the bottle smells bad when you open it. It doesn't say expired but I can't help wonder what happened to it???

Make sure to take with food as this may upset your stomach.I found I was wrenching if I haven't eaten and I have a pretty good stomach. I take it daily and need more time to give results :)
