Great that you get 36 - there are normally only 12 holes in a shower curtain so I put 3 rings into each of the curtain like a daisy chain - looked great and gave the curtain that bit more of a length.

You get what you’ve paid for, those are cheap but do the job until a permanent solution is found. As they were offered on Prime they were available next day which was a mistake. They were easy to install and function as designed. I did not expect just so many and only used one of four packs to hold my Ikea shower curtain.

We bought these to hang a privacy screen along three sides of an IKEA Gunnön gazebo. Yes, not a shower rail at all. The privacy screen is pretty substantial and has these hooks spaced about 70cm/2ft apart. This gives us a free-running curtain that can be drawn back along the sides without metal-on-metal contact. We also use these to help string up solar light strings and to hang lightweight plants (some artificial) along the gazebo rails as well. In black they are very unobtrusive against the grey of the gazebo, and easily taken down. If you decide to use these black rings in your shower, I'm certain they will be fine. They will run along a circular shower curtain rail very easily, as they run along the square rails of the Gunnön gazebo. They can't rust, and they cost virtually nothing as well. What's not to like?
