Reasons To Buy and Not To Buy.
It's like having 2 cast iron frying pans and a dutch oven all in one. It makes sense to buy this for efficient use of space and if the price is less than name brand. The quality is good and it works very well. It fits perfectly in my RV oven because it's not as tall as some dutch ovens but tall enough for baking sourdough bread.Cast iron should not be used for boiling liquids, stews, and acidic foods like vinegar and pasta sauce though and it's very high maintenance. Cast iron excels at frying food, searing meat, and baking bread.
