To start off I hummed and hawed over the price but decided to go with it as it matched the desk I ordered and will do a review on as-well. First off it’s well packs and labeled good for the install. Even comes with a real screwdriver a wrench and Allen key. I used to work for a high end furniture store putting stuff together and I must say this item was put together much better then the high end stuff I used to build. Highly recommended buying this if you have a desk that matches the color!

The product came without instructions. When I contacted the company, it send instructions by email, a PDF. The instructions, which I followed in its entirely, was incorrect. As a result, one piece of the furniture, a drawer, was broken and not recoverable. I told the company and it recognized the issues and its responsibility but, it said I should leave the furniture with a void of the drawer and it was willing to compensate with $45, which is nonsense because I can't buy a drawer from any other place. The company also said that missing pieces could be bought at a local hardware. I've never encountered such non-professional costumer service.If you still plan to buy something from this company, I wish you good luck.

This was pretty easy to assemble - all pieces were clearly labeled.It came with all the tools, the instructions says a drill can be used but you can just use a screwdriver (it even included one) and the Allen keys.Other than the first step which took a couple minutes to decipher to make sure the internal rails were being put on correctly it was easy to do by myself. Just make sure you’re getting the wheels and rails on correct and you’re good.It doesn’t lock but we didn’t need a locking filing cabinet just needed one small one for personal files. I like that it doesn’t look like a cabinet. We are also using it to hold our printer.Really pleased with it.

The cabinet looks good but it is particle board so I would not recommend it for a business or heavy home office use. I am putting a printer on the top shelf and I rarely access my files so it should be fine for me. I give it a 5/5 for looks, a 2/5 for price, 3/5 for sturdiness, 3/5 for assembly and a 1/5 for quality control. As my title states I had to finish drilling the holes for the lower filing cabinet handle as they did not go all the way through the board as required to attach the handle. Thankfully I have a drill and drill bits or that little oversight would have been a real inconvenience.

I had so much trouble putting the drawers together, it was hard to line up the sides of the drawers, I could get one side lined up but the other side the posts wouldn’t sit flat in the holes and that was on both drawers, I had to put them to the side for a while cuz I wanted to take a hammer to it, finally after many hours I was able to line up the drawers, then when I went to screw in the metal rods that hold up the file folders I could get one side screwed in very easily, the other side was really hard to turn, they need to have a small flat spot on the rods on either side so that if you have any difficulty you can grasp that spot with a tool and turn it, but without a flat spot the tool doesn’t help, I eventually got it screwed in but it took a while, also the pieces were covered in fibreglass, I had to vacuum and wipe down each piece before I could put it together. Once I got it together it does look lovely and rolls easily and holds a lot of files.
