This product is well worth the money. It only has one knob which I prefer. Easy to operate, simple, very functional. Installation was easy and compliment the toilet seat (Hibbent Premium One Click Round Toilet Seat with Cover) which I also ordered here at Amazon, and it comes with all the hardwares needed for installation. Initially, I returned the first one I ordered because there was a slight water drip. So I ordered another one right away to replace it, and returned the defective one. Seller was quick to response with a replacement, but I already had one ordered and installed. A refund was given. Everything is working fine and no issues at all as of this writing. I will definitely buy it again in the future. Highly recommended.

We love our bidet and can’t imagine going back to not having one! I was worried about not having warm water and thought it would deter me from using it but to be honest it is sort of refreshing in a weird way! The front and back nozzles work great and stay clean. Installation was simple and I did it by myself with no problems! Definitely recommend for anyone on the fence about bidets. We also love that we use less TP which means no panic buying during covid and less waste for the earth, too!

This bidet is awesome. My husband and I were debating weather to get one so we gave it shot. Ordered this Butt Buddy Duo here on Amazon and got it quickly. Setup up was a breeze. My husband had it hooked up and running in no time. Be sure to follow the steps in the user guide closely. My husband almost forgot to turn off the water line near the toilet before starting to hook it up which could have caused a watery mess. The bidet connects easily and sits between your toilet seat and toilet bowl nicely. I really love the water pressure control on this for both the front and back spraying nozzles. After a few trial runs I am confident in telling you that this bidet does a great job cleaning you up all around. Both my husband and I agree. We're very happy we went ahead and got this Butt Buddy Duo bidet and now even considering getting one for our other toilets.

Bought it during covid and because the T-adapter came with it didn't fit my toilet tank so I kept it off until today. Finally, found one on Amazon and installed it, it works great. With bidet in place that it now raises the toilet seat about 1/8" above toilet rim. I just saw these spacers which cost almost $10 (ouch!!). They should come with the bidet (manufacture should be aware of this gap). It works great now, no leaks so far. The water jet is strong to get yourself clean and feel clean afterward. I'd have waited until now to have a better solution for this and not to worry about this problem.
