Tasty, crunchy, and healthy too!!
I had never had these before so my first order was for a small bag. After I tasted them I ordered the 14oz can. They have this wonderfully earthly flavor, they’re fresh and delightfully crunchy! And they are a complete protein, high in Omega 3’s and antioxidants.

Looks like a flat peanut, tastes like...
...well they don't taste amazing. Very earthy, almost too earthy. Has a nutty flavor when first chewed, but that earthy flavor wins soon after. In other words, not the most pleasant tasting for eating out of hand by themselves, but should be fine when mixed with other nuts and ingredients like a trail mix. Taste of course is rather subjective so their strong earthy flavor may be a big plus for some of you. Just be aware that if you're looking for something that's bright, nutty, oily, and sweet like a macadamia, or something rich like a pecan, this isn't it.

Wonderful!
I know this has mixed reviews but I, for one, think the Sasha ichi seeds are tasty. Either way, they are very good for the body and well worth it.

Great initial taste and crunch, bad aftertaste
When I first bit into the nut/seed was good with a satisfying crunch, but then I was overwhelmed by a residual stale oil taste and smell. I thought to try it based on some of the reviews that said how great it was. Sadly it’s not for me.

Sacha Inchi Nuts
They are crispy and dry like dried beans. Wouldn't by them again.
