In the summer when I do so much gardening and handling a hose frequently, I wear water shoes. In fact you could buy some on Amazon. The inner sole of any water shoe do need to be changed. I find these are perfect and they would even work well in a regular sneaker or shoe. I bought the size equivalent to women's 8 to 8 1/2 shoe, and I had a trim the toe down a bit, maybe 3/8 of an inch to make it fit in my particular water shoe (because of the shape of my water shoe being scalloped at the top). it would probably fit perfectly in a regular sneaker or shoe. It has a little more cushion in the heel, just enough to give you a little padding. They are very flexible and easy to put inside of your shoe. I have washed them and air dried them, but usually I just replaced them when they get worn out. I like them.

These are great for footwear that's a little too big, or the insoles have worn down.These brought new life to my old/ill fitting shoes and actually made them comfier.At this price I'm seriously considering buying shoes half a size larger and then inserting these because they're so comfy.

I got lucky with size. Perfect fit for shoe described with NO trimming and NO ‘gaps’ either. Literally a perfect fit. So these are not high end inserts. They are a good replacement for the original ‘thin’ inserts with better heel cushion. The cushion overall is decent but clearly as shown. They most likely will need replacement a little more often since it’s not a solid design BUT the price makes that a PLEASURE and then it’s all new again! PS I plan to buy more to have on hand!!!

Material is just a piece of foam, poor quality and not comfortable. Just imagine you step on a piece of foam that in very short moments the foam will stay flat and won’t bounce back. Now it’s like you put a cardboard in your shoes. Had to go back. Not worth it.

The blue foam has the endurance of packaging peanuts under 190 pounds and is what you get after 3 days of use. The yellow one is absolutely NOT memory foam. The grey on the right side is what it looks like before usage. Day one the heel will peel off the blue foam and stick to itself but no worries is not a decent bond so you can flatten it out at the en of the day in preparation for day two. At the end of day two the grey fabric will be bunched up in the arch of your feet and the not the blue foam nor the yellow foam allows moisture to escape so slipping and sliding it is until lunch time when you finally have time to take off your boots and curse the life of the people who made and sold this garbage.

Bought these for the husband thinking I was going to be a hero and save us from washing his Hey Dude insoles all the time. Put a pair in, he said they were comfortable. End of night, the top two layers were shreds and had to throw them away.

very nice shoes insoles, first ones that did not need any cutting, fit right into shoe size, comfortable
