Good product but improvement needed
When I received this product I was amazed by its quality. However, after trying to use it, I was a bit disappointed. I've returned the product but here are my pros and cons from my attempt to use it: Pros: 1. Solid steel body which is very sturdy 2. Insulation looked very sufficient and kept water hot for very very long time, almost 10 - 12 hours. 3. Perfect sizes available 4. Non plastic tap that I was actually looking for. Cons: 1. Though the steel tap is a good option, the quality of tap could be improved a. Lot of dirt kept coming even after 3 cycles of hot water being poured out of the tap. b. The tap insulation is not sufficient, ended up burning hands 3 times in 3 attempts. It needs a extra cloth to operate. c. The tap movement was extremely hard, very difficult to open and close. I hope that the brand takes note and creates a model with a better tap and I'll be one of the first to buy this then. For now, it needs improvement.
