I got this O!VITA Buffered Vitamin C 1000mg for Support of Immune Health, 100 buffered Non-GMO Tablets, 100-day Supply in not to long ago and this is a good supplement.So when I seen this I had to look up what the difference was between buffered and unbuffered vitamin C was. Both buffered and unbuffered vitamin C have pretty much the same nutritional benefits, but buffered vitamin C is less acidic, it means that it will cause less stomach irritation and it's less likely to produce kidney stones so looks like I’ll be getting buffered vitamin C from now on. Vitamin C is good for all kinds of things including- good ani antioxidant- Helps immune system- Helps cardiovascular system- Helps heart disease- Helps high blood pressure- Helps gout- Helps iron deficiency- Helps memoryJust to name a few. Another reason I like this is it’s one tablet per serving and you get 100 of these so you get a little over 3 months worth which it’s great. I also like that this is made in the USA and non gmo. These tablets are a little bigger then normal but I didn’t have any issues swallowing them.Overall excellent vitamin C supplement plus you get a ton of them.I would recommend these

When reading that these were 1000mg in a single tablet, I was ready to order since so many of the bottles make you take 2 or 3 tablets to get 1000mg. I take Vitamin C every day (upwards of 6,000-10,000 mg per day), so am always looking for the best value... it gets expensive otherwise.I was pleased with the value of this bottle as well as the dosages so was excited to get it.Upon opening the bottle, it was sealed and packed with cotton as most vitamins are. Once I removed the cotton, I was a bit shocked to see how large these tablets were... they're huge! As someone who takes multiple at a time, I was a bit worried about being able to swallow them. When taking these, I take 3 at a time so I don't choke.Aside from the ridiculously large size of these, they were great! I would reorder based on the value but do hope the company makes them smaller at a future date.

I'm very happy with this C. It features good quality ingredients with GMP and FDA certification and is manufactured in the USA. The 1000mg dose is plenty, and the price is quite reasonable for a 3 month+ supply. Buffering reduces the occurrence of stomach upset (none for me) and also provides better absorption. The only potential issue for some users might be the size of the pills, as they are I'm the large side (see my photo comparing them to an also fairly large capsule). That doesn't bother me, but if you have difficulty swallowing pills you might need something smaller. Overall I am very satisfied with these.

The O!VITA Buffered Vitamin C is a non-GMO product that is made in the USA. I really appreciate both. This is a 1000mg tablet which is very large. It is almost twice the size of a common capsule. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, this might not be for you.The price is quite good for a 100 tablet container. As with most supplements, it is impossible to tell if it is benefitting my system since there are too many variables. I have found that it does not have any side effects or any other negatives. I take a tablet every day and don't notice anything different from any other vitamin C I have taken.
