Wrangler Authentics Men's Fleece Lined Carpenter Pant

I bought these 2+ years ago. I'm a LocksmithI basically rotate between 3 pairs all through winter and finally put these to rest. The knees had started to wear through and the pockets were getting holes so I had no choice but to retire them. 2+ years meaning 2 years and a few months which for the abuse I put them through is not bad at all. The insulation certainly helped since half of my work is outside and half inside. In the extreme cold days I also have the military style poly-pro long underwear under these and I was 100% good to go. Extreme cold meaning anywhere from minus temperatures to minus 30 outside.I can absolutely say without a doubt these are worth the cost and I'd approve. I'm buying a new set of 3 for next winter.

Purchased as a gift recipients absolutely love them. They hold up in the wash. The material has great thickness to it. Very soft fleece

December 14, 2024:I have two pairs of these (one blue denim and one tan) which were purchased years ago from a place with a red bullseye logo; and are still in use after at least a decade of seasonal wear. They are great for cold weather and pretty durable. I've had these saved in my Amazon Wish List for when needed. The denim one is starting to show signs of wear. Since I didn't have this color (and it's cold out now), I decided to order one now.These pants generally meet the standards of the earlier pairs. I primarily compared them with my tan pair since the denim is a bit thicker. The fleece is the same thickness and the fabric seems sturdy. The fit is correct for the waist and length ordered. The side utility pocket is a bit tighter, but my phone just fits.The biggest difference is the depth of the coin pocket, which on the old pairs was 5 inches deep. On these new ones, the coin pocket is 6½ inches deep which is way too far to reach for coins. My phone fit in but stuck out a bit, so it could be used for a smaller phone; or something of similar size.Overall, I've had great experience with this brand and configuration. They really keep my legs warm in cold weather. I would readily recommend them to family and friends.If anything remarkable happens with this new pair, I'll update the review.

My husband uses these for work. While they are good jeans, they are not nearly as thick/durable as ones purchased a few years ago (the same exact item). Where he puts things in and out of the pockets the jeans get holes in them easily, even when the item is not sharp but it is just repetitive.

Great buy a little thin but keep you kinda warm

I would recommend 1 size up on the waist, they will fine at first, but because its mostly cotton it will shrink over time, it may not shrink on the first wash, or 2nd, but over months I had these pants they shrank down 1 size over consistent hot washes (I stayed the same weight, if anything I lost 1-2 lbs). I wash in hot water because of work-related grease and dirt stains, the environment they're expected to be exposed to, these are work pants not dress pants, be comfortable and order 1 size up on the waist and wear a stretchy belt if you need to.
