What would be the advantage of using this over the 075-DV valve with a separate atmospheric vacuum breaker?

There are several differences between the DV075 and the DASASV075 irrigation valves. First is that the DV075 is a standard in-line configuration and can be installed below ground. Conversely, the DASASV075 must be installed upright, above ground, no less than 6 in. above the highest outlet in the zone supplied by the valve, and and no valves can be located downstream of the anti-siphon valve. Secondly, the DV075 does not feature a flow control mechanism to manually regulate the amount of water passing through the valve, while the DASASVF075 does. Thirdly, the flow range is a bit different between the models; however, the pressure range is the same. For the DV075 the flow range is 0.2-40 gallons per minute (GPM), whereas the pressure range with the DV075 is 0.2-22 GPM. Lastly, the DASASV075 is an anti-siphon valve, meaning it’s a combination electric remote-control valve and atmospheric backflow preventer in one unit. Conversely, the DV075 requires a separate pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) or a double-check valve where required by local codes to protect against back flow. The Rain Bird DASASVF100 Anti-Siphon Valve is intended to be installed above ground (where backflow prevention is required) for an underground irrigation system.
