Curls Crème Brule Whipped Sculpting Cream - Dry, Wavy, Curly, and Textured Hair - Fights Frizz and Defines Refresh and Rehydrate, 8oz

I have very fine C1/2 hair. I have used Curls Creme Brule as my leave-in conditioner for years. The hair on the back of my head near the scalp tends to run very dry so, when I feel the need to give a bit more extra moisture to that area between washes, a dollop of Creme Brule does the trick incredibly well. I also dilute it in water to refresh my curls every other day (sometimes starting the day after my wash day if my hair feels a bit dry). Although these applications may be "not as directed," they have worked incredibly well at keeping my curls soft, bouncy, nicely formed and moisturized without being stiff, greasy or weighed down. Plus, the scent is absolutely divine! After trying Lavish Curls Moisturizer, my hair just seemed to look and feel greasy even though I tried using it as directed and then attempted to use it a variety of different ways because I really wanted to like it. No luck, it just made my hair look unwashed and sticky. (It smells like the smell that seems to be the primary scent that hits you when you walk into a salon.)

I received a trial sized version of this in a beauty box, and it won me over immediately. I have hair that ranges from medium curls to loose waves, and I had been using mousse or gel in it my whole life. I decided to give this a try, since it smelled AMAZING. That was about six months ago, and I never went back! As soon as I got about halfway down in my smaller bottle I ordered this one. It goes on easily and rinses off of my hands without soap. I run it through the ends first to make sure they get the most coated, then I work my way up, rubbing and scrunching as I go. I mostly let my hair air dry, and then hit the roots a bit with my hair dryer. Perfect nearly every time! And if it isn't perfect it's because I didn't use enough so I simply spray on a little leave-in conditioner and apply a bit more of the Curls product until it's right. I couldn't do that with mousse! And I love that my hair is always soft now, and not crunchy. It makes it much easier to reshape on the second day. This is my new styling product from now on!

I have kinky, curly hair and this hair crème is awesome in smoothing out my curls or (even better) when I blow out my hair. A small amount goes a long way, Highly recommend!

While I love this hair product, smells ok, it doesn’t get sticky or greasy or hard (crunchy), after about half to 3/4 of the bottle it starts to weigh my hair down. I have 2C/3A waves/curls that’s prone to frizz, shaft is fine, use to be extremely thick. It has thinned in the last few years (quite alarmingly might I sadly say), but I still have to use a good bit of product and for this reason I shampoo with clarifiers. This product, despite my cleaning routine will weigh my hair down after using a bottle. I will have to take a break from use and am currently trying ways to mix this with my other go to products to combat this. I like the way it works and wish I could use it all the time as I love what it does for my curl pattern- it’s hard to find products for my temperamental hair. I would completely recommend just note that if your hair is thin/fine and weighs down easy that this product can make that an issue, otherwise I would highly recommend for coarse hair hands down!!! The only reason I didn’t give it all stars is for its heaviness.

They changed the ingredients it’s not the same anymore. The product was so great and great for my hair, but now it’s too thick and it weighs my hair down just awful!

This product has made a noticeable difference for my thinning hair. It gives me fullness and body without weighing it down. I use it with the curl shampoo from the same line, and together they work wonders. I can go up to three days without washing, and my hair still feels clean and never oily. Absolutely love this product line!

This is my absolute go to leave in conditioner. It is lightweight, very light and delicate scent- I am uber sensitive to scent and fragrance and this is perfect. It is smooth, and my hair loves it.

My 10 year old daughter loves this product! she's been using it for a month now. 3A type of hair.
