Having tried this the old fashion way of mixing with a spoon and getting tiny lumps that just would not disappear I then experimented by mixing it in a small jar with approx. 4oz of liquid and shaking well. Voila! Worked wonderfully and went down a treat.Having tried both the Berry and Chocolate Greens Pak as well as this one, I have to say that this one is actually the most tart! Unlike the Greens though this one does NOT have soy in it so that might well be a help to some. It is certified VEGAN but does contain a small amount of GLUTEN so buyer beware. Hubby and I like to have all three flavors "in stock" and alternate between them all. We either mix them with orange or grape juice for better flavor.

This is a great way to sneak in some healthy food into your body. Easy to take on the go. Tastes yummy too. I prefer mixing it in fruit juice or Powerade.

Love that these have have wholesome fruits and vegetables. I add them to my collagen protein powder and it tastes great!

This is OK. I don't really care for the taste. I prefer the greens pak.

I definitely prefer the GreensPak! This one is too sweet (I should have known since it contains fruits) and the packages appear to contain less weight than the GreensPak.

I loved this stuff for the 5 packs I got use but unfortunately I had to give the rest away. I learned the hard way that I am part of the 2% population that has kidneys that cannot process stevia properly (or at all). Not Trace Minerals fault hence the 5 stars. Just wish they would make a sweetener free version.
