I’m not sure how I baked all these years without this Matt! Finally I can roll out pie crust n not have to guess how big I need it to be! Making dough the size I need for rolls! The side ruler is awesome! This Matt is heavy duty! I would definitely buy this again I highly recommend it!

It has the good features as stated (non-stick, thick, stay in place, etc.). However, mine has a minor defect: a 1-inch perforated line at edge of one side. The white print/markings peel, but it’s not a loss as I use the non-marking side for rolling to avoid the peeling getting into my dough.

Very helpful coming to the size of certain thing and the mat is easy to use and clean. Trust to description and very flexible.

Overall, I like this baking mat, although I have not tested it with baking heat at all. I primarily use it when working with cookie dough and those pre-made crescent roll triangles. I love the fact that nothing really sticks to it and the perforated surface is still very easy to clean. There is a little plastic "memory" that occurs if you roll it up for storage, so when you unroll it, just give it time to settle down flat and put something heavy on it to smooth it out. I have not had to use the measurement template markings on the surface, but they look useful if needed. I have put some hot items on the mat and the mat has not melted or shown any problems. Overall, I'd recommend this mat.

This mat is a good size (it covers half my counter space because I don't have a lot). It has a relatively non-stick surface that makes it handy when working with wet doughs. You can kneed and roll out your doughs right on the mat.As a baking mat, it can go right into the oven (recommended to place a baking sheet underneath it, but if you have to it can go right onto an oven rack.)It's not particularly thick, so if your workspace isn't a flat surface (my countertops are a tile surface with grout in between that leaves little recessed gaps) that might affect your ability to smoothly roll out your dough into large shapes (pizza, tortillas, etc)The mats can also go into freezers and microwaves, although, the mat size I have (32x24 inches) is too large for my freezer/microwave when fully unfolded.

I love how thick this mat is and it has a great grip on the counter. All of the measurements are appropriately sized, and super easy to follow with thick yellow lines. Plus, it comes with an easy to use band to help store it. Now my problem comes to cleaning and keeping it clean. It seemed to wash easily from flour and bread crumbles; however, when I went to use it the second time, I noticed that there was some dog hair stuck to it. It was surprisingly difficult to get off, and even after doing a new wash and dry; there was still hair. It seems like the hair gets embedded into the thick silicone and makes it difficult to remove. Maybe there’s something you can coat it with to prevent this; but as is, it seems to want to collect and hold certain debris. I still love it though, I just take extra time to check it before use. As long as you consider the above, I recommend.

Good quality mat, holds firm to my granite counters and relatively easy to clean for its size.

Quite a bit larger than I was expecting, still, does what it suggests. Haven't tried it at the upper limits of it's baking temps, and time will tell as far as durability is concerned.
