If you have some irregularity, that leads to feeling overwhelmed like me, these are a great solution. I find that when i am feeling backed up, i take a couple of these and the next day it passes. I love that they are not harsh chemicals, but herbs and vitamins. I take them at night, so if I have slight cramping i am not awake for it.

I like the product but I should have looked closer at the quantity on the bottle. Not a good value for 100 per bottle. I usually get the 200 count per bottle
