Conversation Starter
Sturdy, real pencil writes and erases. But I use it for it's length, easy to hold, easy to see, nice color. That it starts odd funny conversations is a small bonus.

Solves the ancient problem of losing your pencil all the time
Pencil is easy to hold, last for a long time, very difficult to lose and does write nicely. The biggest problem I have is finding a sharpener that size.
