My HP EliteBook 845 G1 has been in storage for a couple of years and the AC adaptor had gone missing. This charger is a good replacement and enables me to bring the computer back to life. After installing Windows 10 and MS Office it's almost like a new computer. This adapter has the larger plug unlike the newer HP laptops require.

I purchased a HP Elitebook on Ebay that had no power adapter. So I needed one. I purchased this one and it arrived on time and has worked fine. So far, I have taken it on one road trip where I needed it for my notebook. I have a few more trips later this summer also in the works where I will need it as well.I have had no issues with the device and my notebook is running fine.

This works well with my HP Probook 440 G1, with the correct plug. The notebook seems to like it just fine during a charge cycle. My only concern is that it gets warmer in operation than my other power supply gets. In my experience that does not bode well for the longevity of a piece of electronics. This is intended to be a spare supply, though, so I'm willing to put up with that.

This AC Adapter works great for my 2009 HP G60-445dx that I recently revived to run Linux. While this cord was bit shorter than the original 12 footer that came with my laptop, I was able to use part of my old cord - the part that plugs into the wall and the power brick - to get some of that length back. No complaints, as it wasn't advertised as an extra long cable. I just needed something to power up an old laptop. It's a perfect fit with regards to the connection and the voltage, etc.
