Good quality, nice blend
I only started drinking it a few days before my period, but I did notice it was not a very painful one. Of course this needs further scientific review (heh) but I'll keep trying. This is a good blend even if you don't want to conceive. I had previously used the "female toner" tea from a different brand but I prefer my tea loose leaf. The quality is good, it has nice big leaves and it is easy to see the different herbs in it. The taste is great. A little minty, not too much, and the nettle and dandelion are very subtle (I find dandelion on it's own kind of nasty). I've drank every kind of tea for years and years so if you are only used to Lipton or southern sweet tea ANY herbal tea is going to taste odd. I can't add to the effects of red raspberry leaf helping to normalize cycles because mine is already normal, but as I got older (i'm 31 now) the last few years during my period I do get incredibly heavy hours of bleeding on the second day and then it will stop for a day completely, then resume for the remaining 2 normally. (I also have a 2cm large fibroid that I didn't have when I was younger). I bought this to try to even it out so it flows a little more regularly. I did notice this time, I did not have any 'accidents' due to the tampon/cup getting full in under an hour, and there was only a non-flow time of half a day instead of a full one. As far as herbs go, there are conflicting statements on Red Raspberry leaf for conception, but it is a good source of iron, as is nettle. Mint is good for digestion, alfalfa is a good source of chlorophyll (in case you don't like to eat veggies). I actually let it sit sometimes as long as an hour or two because I'm forgetful and it still doesn't get too bitter or strong. When I used to drink plain nettle, I would scowl at it because I know it's healthy but it wasn't really delicious. This is much more pleasant. I also like that it is organic. Remember, we are steeping this stuff in water for a long time, so anything that the plants were sprayed with are getting added and made into tea too (because who knows how well they are washed before processing). Unlike fruit, you can't really 'wash' tea before eating it.

Good for mid age Hormonal Balance/PCOS
Please don't think its just for 'fertility'. To be all of these herbs help balance hormones which would help w PCOS. I am mid age lady not looking to conceive but having suffered for literal decades with hormonal imbalances no one could help but only made worse and they are the base of all functioning in the body very important as I developed numerous chronic health issues im trying to heal. Ive tried Maca powder-nope. Ive tried Moringa powder-nope. DONT DO BC they are evil-yeah they will regulate your periods and help the pms some but you are doing more damage to your body than you know. Typical of western medicine their answer to imbalanced hormones(re irregular, heavy periods, pms etc) is chemical hormones--messing up your hormones even more. SO that said. I knew red clover, raspberry leaf good for hormone balance. I drink peppermint tea all the time for GI issues but it on its own doesn't do much for hormones and surprised to see chamomile but it is good for relaxing so somehow the synergy in this blend is awesome. Ive only been consuming it for about a week. Im only doing once a day first thing in the am to make it last due to finances. But it is a pleasant tea to drink. Very tasty. I cant say how I know I believe this is working..but something just seems different. I feel like it works. And reading all the comments Id agree this is a winning product.

The flavor wasn't bad, but it got old after a few days ...
I'm not a tea drinker. The flavor wasn't bad, but it got old after a few days and I found that brewing the tea, chilling it, and mixing it half and half with apple juice made it more enjoyable. I drank it from the end of my period until ovulation, and then I stopped because we left town and I forgot it at home. I don't know if it made a difference for me, but I did end up pregnant this cycle. The herbs in the tea support a healthy uterine environment, and judging by the fact that I implanted on 4dpo, I'd say it did something! It's not expensive, so if you're on the fence, try it out!

I'm a big believer in this tea!!
I started drinking this tea 3 months before TTC. I did not like the taste of the tea at first, but now I love it. After the first sip I thought it had kind of a bitter, plastic taste, so I think it may take a bit of getting used to. Now all I taste are the delicious herbs & a hint of peppermint. I don't use any sweeteners. I love this tea because it has all the best herbs for toning the uterus, but without caffeine. I was shocked to see some of the other brands of fertility tea containing caffeine, when we're supposed to be limiting it. I drink two cups a day and it's so soothing. I like knowing that I'm actively preparing for pregnancy! I didn't notice anything after the first month, but by the second month, I had less spotting before AF! I think it may even help produce more EWCM because I'm noticing a lot more of it, for a lot more days! Updated: I got my BFP the first month of TTC (so thankful!) and I really believe that this tea helped! (To be fair, I also gave up caffeine and alcohol, ate a super healthy diet and used OPKs.) I'm a big believer in Herb Lore and their teas, and I'm currently drinking their Pregnancy Tea!
