How durable are these? Will they fall apart if used on a porous surface?

Depending on how porous. I use them in bathrooms, countertops, and the fridge of my bnb. They aren't huge wipes, but they are pretty durable. I would say if you used them on unfinished concrete they would not last.

I see in the reviews that these have a scent. Can you please tell me what it is? Is it natural (lavender?) or a cleaner/perfume scent? Strong scent?

More of a cleaner scent than perfume. These are absolutely the worst wipes I have ever bought. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Can they be used in commercial kitchens?

Hello! Not really sure about the material that made of the commercial kitchens, but there is a slight smell and water marks left on the objects after using the wipes. It's good for cleaning and sanitizing by all means though.

Am I buying a bucket and one roll or a bucket and 2 rolls.
