Effectiveness and Ingredients are great. Helps your immune system.

I was looking to supplement with lysine for immune support. I think it’s great that this product has lysine along with vitamin c and zinc in it. That is two less vitamins I have to take separate because they are in this vitamin! These are easy to swallow. The only downfall is 4 pills is a serving size. But the ease of swallowing them makes that a very minimal downfall! They have a slight vitamin taste when taking but I don’t notice any burping after where you taste the pills. Overall great product!

Good product at reasonable price

Easier to swallow, than the larger tablets. But it has a bad taste when taking, maybe some residual on the outside of the capsule.

Best supplement to help stop fever blister / cold sores in their tracks. Taken daily can help relieve stomach distress before sores develop.

An excellent vitamin supplement that enhances the immune system. My daughter and I have begun using it, and we certainly notice a positive difference.

I was attracted by the idea of being able to take these supplements without having to take all the pills. WRONG. I pill per supplement equals a serving size of 4 pills! Just wasn't working for me. I like the idea of several supplements but due to taking so many capsules, it caused my mouth to be severely dried out. Needless to say, I went back to just the L-lysine by itself.

I was advised that this particular amino acid is a good supplement for the skin and hair... The added other ingredients, such as expensive Quercetin, makes a very attractive product! My only critique might be the size of the pill-still easily to swallow, but one needs to be careful! The other recommendation that would make this an outstanding product would be if it included Arginine or other Aminos for overall vitality and health!
