One of the stems was broken in the mail and the customer service team sent me a new shipment immediately without requiring me to ship back the broken product. The glasses are very cute! They’re very delicate so I’ll plan on hand washing them.

I bought these as a Valentine's gift for my husband who loves to create custom cocktails. We opened them early - we were thirsty. They arrived in perfect condition. They are VERY delicate and well crafted. Light as air. The seller reached out immediately to make sure they had arrived safely because they are so delicate and offered to replace them if damaged in any way. I appreciated the follow-up and commitment to satisfaction. We probably won't use them every day (of course we have a cocktail every day :-)) but they sure made my drink feel, and taste, more special.

They seem incredibly fragile and perhaps they are but I haven’t broken one yet. I absolutely love how elegant these glasses are. They have an unusual shape and somehow my Manhattan tastes better in it!

These are absolutely beautiful, I have looked and looked and looked for coupe glasses and I didn’t really like any until I saw these, I think they were more expensive than most but I just loved these so I caved and bought them, when they arrived Amazon packaged my box with nothing to support the box with the glasses and one arrived broken at the stem, but a lady from the company reached out soon after and asked if they had arrived in good condition or not and to let her know and she could send replacements, I took pictures and sent them to her and told her I loved them and would love a replacement even just for the one, she told me no worries she would send replacements out and I would have it by that Tuesday to just throw the broken one away, well Tuesday has come and gone and I reached out through email and never heard back almost two weeks later and still no sign of any replacements so I guess I’ll need to go directly through Amazon and see if I can just get my money back, would have ordered there martini glasses as well but now I’m afraid the same thing will happen again.

I like them because they are petite and pretty. They look good on our bar.

Gorgeous glasses, but one arrived with a broken stem. Customer service is wonderful though

The glassware is very nice but veryyyy fragile. The third time hand washing it cracked pretty bad without being rough. I did absolutely love it before that but was sad it was short lived.
