It's a multivitamin, but hold your breath when you open the bottle.
What can you say--it's a multivitamin. It's hard to tell if it works or not. I've had no negative side effects like nausea or dizziness.HOWEVER, the smell is quite strong and unpleasant. So much that I hold my breath and hold the bottle away when I open it. My olfactory is more sensitive than average, so your experience may vary. The smell is way too much for me so after I finish this bottle I'll be buying a different multivitamin.

It works fine, but good lord the smell will fill a room and make you hold your breath. I will not be buying these again.
