Both of my lower legs; ankles; feet; and knees were so swollen that walking; going up stairs; sitting down and getting up was painful and at times impossible. Both my primary doctor and my cardiologist said it was age related and progress was not promising. If nothing else, I wanted the major symptom of swelling to be arrested. After quite a bit of researching and trying out different things, I hit on the cardamom pods and put those in with the coffee grounds and by the third day, the swelling had gone down. Both doctors were surprised when I stood before them with slim legs. With the swelling down I was able to exercise and use my stationary bicycle for an hour at a time. For the symptom of swelling, cardamom is working great for me.

These were reccomended to us to help clear lung congestion. By chewining one or two a day while sick. I tried them while we were well, just to sample them. They are extremly bitter, and if you were unfortunate enough to let any juice get down your throat, a sour stomach will soon follow. I spit them out, and all juice I could expell. I had an appointment, so I left them on the counter and left. My husband saw them and poped one in his mouth. He had the same experience. He spit them out vigorously, as I also did. I do nor reccoment them. I did not have any lung clearing, because I couldn't swallow any part of it. I believe it may be what theu use to make menthol products. Buyer beware. You've been warned.

Good too. I’ve heard about these from a health influencer and did my research on it. Tried it and it’s true, it really lowers your blood pressure and sugar. So, check with your doctor first before you take these as tea. Hope this helps .
