Q: What is the shelf life?

As long as it is in the aluminium packaging it will not expire. Once unpacked and placed in the trap it will last for two months.

Q: can it be used in skeeter vac (blue rhino)?

Yes, the BG-Sweetscent also works with with this trap.

Q: Do I need to replace the bait if it gets wet? The entire trap got soaked in rain.

I have not needed to do that with mine. The only reason to replace the bait is that the trap stops attracting mosquitos. If I am still getting mosquitos in my trap, I think I can safely assume the bait is still working.

Q: Does this bait only work for asian tiger and yellow fever mosquitoes?

I don't know what kind we have, but it didn't work for ours :( I'm sorry I can't be more helpful!
