Great balloon bouquet, very happy with this purchase! My niece LOVED her Moana balloons. The sun balloon was bigger and better than I expected. All were great quality. They filled up easily with the BalloonTime helium tank (purchased separately). Does not include ribbon, so be sure to have some on hand. I added the #1 (34” in size) to complete the bouquet. :)
