I bought this book because, honestly, it looked like a cheerful, happy book! Sometimes you just need that in your life. I then noticed that it was illustrated by Katie Daisy and I have always enjoyed her art work. I hadn't read any of Louise Hay's books, but I had heard of her (all good and positive ). So, I did not feel guilty about splurging on this purchase.I loved the little tidbits of advice, wisdom, and affirmations, that can help to uplift you if you are having a troubling day or if you just need a bit of a pick me up. The illustrations along with the messages, certainly do that for me. I keep it readily handy (usually on my bedside table) so that I can reach for it when I am having a gray day. I ended up buying a couple more for my daughter and some friends.Overall, this was a 5 star purchase/book. I loved this book and I will continue to use it. I will also most likely buy more copies because I think it makes great gift.

I am a very big fan of Louise Hay. I remember in the 1980's when Ms. Hay helped many people overcome or feel better who had AIDS and cancer by teaching them to use daily affirmations. She was one of the first to heal others and herself at a very mature age. She was a motivator, author and public speaker. This book is so refreshing. It's great to read when you first wake up before getting out of bed. It sets the tone to have a positive day filled with gratitude. And everyone could use that nowadays with Covid still being an issue. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to feel good. It makes a great gift too!!!

I have been reading Louse Hay quotes and knowing of her since 2009. This was my first book and it won’t be my last. I read an affirmation daily as part of my devotion. Saying it out loud brought me peace and solidified it. I’m giving 5 stars because nothing was lacking except I needed more pages.

Louise Hay writes such inspiring writings. Highly recommend for a mental lift anytime.

I use this book daily as a morning devotion to remind myself to always think positively. I listen to Louise at night often as I go to sleep to easily keep my mind on positive auto pilot. Everyday I let the book randomly open itself and it almost always seem to be a relevant affirmation for me. Once again Ms. Hay delivers and is still going very strong at 86 years of age. I saw her in person last year and was amazed at her strength and beauty as she stood for over an hour signing autographs and saying "I'm 85 and still very alive". She is the greatest inspiration to me and has changed my life. I adore her and am so thankful from the deepest level of my soul for her teachings.

Louise Hay is an angel, full-stop. I own several of her books and card decks. I struggle with low self-esteem, impostor syndrome, and self-loathing. Reading her work and doing affirmations has helped me immensely. I still have a lot of those difficult thoughts, but things are better than they were. Louise's words bring so much joy to my life, and have brought a great deal of light to the darkness.

I love the cover, binding, paper, style of these books from hay house. I saw this at somewhere but there was only one copy with significant damage. I didn’t want to have to wait for the store to order and return so I got it from here. My mom saw me reading it and thinks it’s gorgeous.

You can't go wrong with any of her books. With all the health problems I have, it's hard for me to get through each day. When you have a child depending on you, you don't have a choice. I can pick this book up and read some of it and it helps my focus on the positive in my life instead of the negative. She has taught me that having a positive attitude can get you through everything the day has in store for you. She is truly an angel!

Very inspirational, truth sounding and deeply loving. Perhaps a more thorough proof read of typos and grammatical errors might help the ideas flow more smoothly.
