Puritan’s pride is a good value and I’ve always trusted this brand. I bought a different brand a few months ago because it was bulk and seemed to be a good price but it didn’t work as well. I take two of these in the morning and two at night and it’s helped me with my IBS. I’m not wildly oscillating day to day from being constipated to diarrhea. The size is an average capsule and there is no taste. Overall the results speak for themselves for me. I will continue to get this brand.
