Only gave it one star because I had to in order to leave a review…! These anchors are terrible, they break off the bar completely and is just overall a cheap product. Thankfully I was able to get it out of the skin after it broke off, and then thankfully (AGAIN) it broke before I got it in the skin so I didn’t go through that terrible process again! Not recommended!

I did a dermal piercing and I screwed the top on to the anchor and the part that it screws into broke rite off I’m pissed

the base and shaft break apart and are poorly made, this is also not g23 titanium and prob not even surgical steel, buyer beware.
