This neck wrap is wonderful!! So soft and fits perfect around your neck. Cover is washable. Can also, be heated or cooled. Exactly what you need for a stiff neck!!! Shipping was great. I had this on my door step in less than 24 hours.

Very tiny
I had purchased a similar heating bag about 10 years ago. I needed to replace it so I purchased this one after much looking for something similar to the one I previously had. When this one arrived it was tiny. Not what I was looking for. Soft, good material, I am sure good quality but not big enough for me.

This is the second item I have ourchased from Sunny Bay. Both are durable, made with sturdy and soft covers, and quality contents inside. The perform outstandingly in the microwave (follow instructions !) and are super soft and comfortable on the body. I am so pleased that I have ordered two more to give as gifts.
