Le puse una estrella por que no hay opción de poner CERO estrellas. El producto es FATAL. Carisimo comparado con otros que seguramente SI funcionan. Tardó muchísimo en llegar. ElProveedor no daba respuesta. Desde que llegó no funcionó. Llame para decirlo y me dijeron que no se me había cobrado. Al final si lo cobraron, cuando llame para aclarar me dijeron que ya había pasado el tiempo para hacer la devolución (cuando yo lo reporté enseguida lo recibí)por lo que el proveedor no haría ni cambio ni devolución. El proveedor no se hizo responsable pero además que AMAZON cometió el error de cobrármelo y decirme que NO lo había cobrado y después SI lo cobro. Tuve llamadas de más de una hr con distintos agentes por lo menos 4 veces y jamás resolvieron nada. Al final tuve además que pagar intereses al banco x un cargo que nunca reconocí NI autorice.

I used this on my three day dirty hair that is fine, limp, a bit pitiful, and absolutely never takes a curl. I figured if it works today it’ll definitely work on my squeaks clean hair. I own so many expensive hair tools. I spend a stupid amount of money on bond builders (Redken, Olaplex, and K18) to help it grow. I have no choice because my hair is pretty terrible. This tool, however, is golden. I love how it keeps twisting clusters of hair into the curler if I choose to so that it looks more natural than most others. The Chi tulip works on my hair, but it only takes tiny sections giving me cigar curls in the end. This tool tops the Chi for me because of the way it incorporates more clusters into the heated rod for longer hair. Lots of volume too. Super happy with this purchase. Excited to use it more.
