Kraft Easy Mac Original Mac & Cheese Macaroni and Cheese Dinner, 6 ct Packet

I order at least one box of this every month, sometimes two. I love Mac and cheese and so do my grandkids. These packages come in handy when someone wants a snack because they ready so quickly in the microwave. I love that they're just in the little packs so I can empty the box and put them away in a drawer. It's also great that they are priced so reasonably. It's really easy to just grab a bowl and fix them and I'm not paying for a little throw away bowl. I can't find this anywhere locally so I'm so glad that Amazon carries it. The grandkids eat it just like it comes but I usually throw a little extra cheese in mind. It tastes good and it has the Kraft quality.

It arrived promptly, and who can argue (besides RFK, Jr.) with quick, easy, kid friendly, always been in the pantry, boxed mac and cheese.It isn't fresh, homemade stuff but nobody wants to pretend it is. What it is, is quick comfort food for those who don't fear carbs.It is portion controlled, satisfying, and warm when you need it. It's versatile. Add a little meat and/or a few veggies and call it a quick meal.I like it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This Mac n Cheese, is a game changer especially when you multitasking , this is an easy quick lunch or snack. So easy to prepare, even my child can make it for herself when need to. Great quality, taste great, my kid loves it, still creamy very affordable and super convenient.

Super convenient for sure, really only takes tree and the half minutes to make it and about two more minutes to get to good temperature. Nutrition value isn't the best, super fast to make and kids like the taste and like the texture so it's great to have for quick lunch. Portion size is also great, just enough to feed a child, quality is ok but again for the speed of making it's a decent choice.

I make a fantastic pasta and cheese and always have some vacuum sealed packages in my freezer for last minute dinners. But, I grew up on the blue boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, usually sharing a box with one of my sisters after school. I made it for my daughter for special occasions and she makes it for her kids as well even though she also makes a mean pasta and cheese. I have to add that we always add vegetables. For the past year, I've been purchasing assorted prepackaged mac and cheese options and I've learned what works for us and what does not work for us. I do not like the packages with a cheese sauce at all and my neighbors are happy for that because they accept them in the bags of food I share. I tried this box of 18 individual servings because they have less packaging, are prepared in the microwave and involve only a bowl, spoon and glass for measuring 2/3 cup of water. No cover for the bowl, nothing else added unless you want vegetables and I'd suggest adding them after the package is prepared.First of all, the water boils violently, so use a bowl larger than you think you need. Watch it carefully the first time you prepare one so you can stop the microwave if necessary unless you don't mind losing some of the starchy water and having to clean the microwave interior. Secondly, the bowl will be HOT, so watch younger kids who might want to prepare these on their own. Those are my only warnings. After 3.5 minutes, the pasta is likely done, so remove the bowl, add the powdered cheese powder, stir, wait a minute, add what you want to add, eat. It is salty, my only real criticism. The look and taste is very similar to the blue boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and you have a single serving which prevents eating more than you really need or want to eat for a meal or heavier snack. The school aged and younger kids love these and they take up no space in the refrigerator, freezer, and require no reheating the next day. Just open another packet if you are so inclined and repeat. These are not the nutritious meals I like to prepare, serve or consume, but for their ease, taste, satisfaction, reduced packaging and cost, I think they are one of the best in this category.

Best thing ever. One is good and can make a side dish for two people; two is also good if you love mac & cheese. Easy to take travelling, easy to use, can't say anything bad about them. Have purchased a few times.

You need to find a cup to make this! I bought this thinking these were the ones that were in a cup ready to prepare. Not as easy to take to work!!
