It's extremely heavy to manage with one hand. U need to buy a mandatory wrist support with this.

Everything I’ve cooked in this pan has come out perfect. The pan itself is nice & heavy. If I care for it properly, I should never need another. This is awesome after only having flimsy non-stick frying pans most of my life. I love it! For my needs it’s the perfect size, not too big but big enough to cook for 2 very comfortably. The lid opens up even more options. The silicone handle sleeves are a great feature too. They make it real easy to *not* burn myself.

I oiled up per instructions. the pan was not non stick. for me it was really bad. food stuck badly
