This is a very good bit
I am a Journeyman sheet metal worker (retired). I had my tools stolen and I needed a uni-bit for stainless. Good thing: it starts itself. That first penetration takes a bit of time ( keep the oil up!) but once it does it really rips. Be careful that once the hole is started slow the speed and lighten up on the pressure, Otherwise this will bite hard and possibly warp your work (and hurt your wrist) depending on thickness. I was drilling a 18 ga. backsplash. I got a few minor distortions because this bit bit hard. The trim piece for my faucet covered them. I have had other cobalt bits before but this is the best.

Good quality, did the job
This is heavy duty, good quality bit. Chewed through stainless steel sink very well. Would buy again.

Es la mejor broca escalonada que he tenido nunca. Un auténtico monstruo. No es sólo la capacidad de corte que se mantiene agujero tras agujero, sino la estabilidad en el taladro, no vibra!Yo la estoy usando con una pasta de corte para garantizar que dure aún más, ya que en cualquiera de las casas Light Steel Frame hay que hacer decenas de agujeros de diferentes diámetros, en función de la tubería que va a pasar por allí.Hasta ahora usaba una (y a veces dos) brocas por obra. Esta, tras la primera obra ni se ha inmutado.
