eWINNER Replacement Li-ion Battery with Triple USB Quick Charger Base Kit for Insta360 One X2 (1700mAh, 3 Pieces)

For absolutely no apparent reason the spring loaded top of the battery came off, when NOT IN USE AND LYING IN THE BAG!!! This of course renders the battery unusable. Totally unacceptable after using the battery for less than half a dozen times.

One of the batteries plastic cover came off by itself.. it was in a hard protective case and when I tried to put it in the camera I noticed the rubber band for water proofing was stuck between the battery and the plastic cover.. I don't understand how can this happen on the attempt to use it a second time only!! Please advise on solution.Regards
