Great product! Very easy to use. The taste is OK, generally add some flavored extract to it and then it is good. directions are simple and easy. Makes great meringues and great royal icing.

Will not use another brand after using this! Love the sheen that it dries with for royal icing and taste is fantastic!

I would not use for royal icing. My icing was hard enough to break a tooth 24hrs after icing my cookies. I made the mistake of buying a huge bag and will have to figure out a way to use it. But for my cookies I will go back to Wilton

This product smells weird and the taste is awful! I would not recommend this product to anyone!

One cup of powder and 1/2 cup of water. Then just add your desired amount of powdered sugar. Simple and easy and I have had a great outcome.
