I am a 53 year old male. Sometimes, I will have quite bad adverse reactions to certain items - I have a family history of auto-immune disorders. Which for me is simply that my immune system reacts aggressively to things it doesn't want me to ingest. As one example: Cheap DHEA from Puritan's Pride causes me big problems (tested, repeatedly), but more expensive DHEA from Life Extension I take daily for years now.So, for me, choosing this product - which is my "multivitamin" - is a serious matter. Really: anything you put into your body should be carefully considered. As you get older, like me, and you begin to see a few issues, you become aware of what you are eating. Some restaurants don't agree with me. Maybe too much caustic soap on their dishes? Who knows.But my point is that this product has been doing good for me. To get by in the world, you gotta trust somebody, and I trust Dr. Amen to use quality ingredients. He certainly charges enough for it. ;) But good health is certainly worth it. You will pay the doctor far more money to handle your sicknesses in later life. Best to put these sicknesses off as long as possible.[Sorry, a bit graphic]: This product will make your urine quite yellow. This matters to me, because soon I will be donating my kidney! Yay! Drink enough clean water during the day. Additionally, I have only been taking two capsules: one in the morning, one at night. It's probably a good idea that your body needs to continue working to extract essential vitamins and minerals from the healthy foods you eat during the day, instead of just getting everything dumped in a pill. (Just my thinking on that point). I like to think that this "supplement" is there just to make sure my body has access to basic amounts of vitamins and minerals it can't otherwise find on its own.

This is the best multi around. It’s target on your brain, high quality ingredients, lack of allergens or fillers, and Dr. Amen’s extensive research makes this a must!

These vitamins are great, I feel so much better with my newly diagnosed brain problem. I have more energy, got me out of bed! I can also remember more & retain more info.

I'm 5.2" so I take 1 or 2 pills a day along with the triple Omega. Be aware that your urine color will change to a yellow-orange color, that's normal.

I have taken this medication for 16 weeks and see a difference mentally. I’m more focused and less forgetful. Added plus my nails have never looked so good. I only take two in the am. I’m a 75 yr. Old retired RN and have Never written a review on medications. PS … your urine turns yellow.I highly recommend trying it yet give it time.

I take (1) cap 3x/day. It is part of a specific and very strict daily regime. Result? I have very good neurological health. I didn’t always & got scared. Researched deeply. This is the cornerstone of my health focus. My diet that is very healthy and well thought out. Very strict. Good results. I am grateful on a daily basis. Worth the effort!

you need to take 4 capsules each morning, which is a lot for me. Same ingredients and mg amount as a regular Costco brand multi vitamin and only need to take ONE! Don't be fooled people!
