Works well and easy to connect

Works the same as the original remote, that gave up the ghost.Would purchase again if this one dies.Cannot really work the Smart TV, without one.

I've had to order these a couple of times because of our dog. The first 2 were great, no problems, but the 3rd one doesn't work as well. You have to have it pointed at exactly the right spot for it to work. The first 2 didn't have this problem at all. You didn't even have to have it pointed at the tv.

The remote paired with Samsung smart tv on the first try. It worked well for a few days. now all buttons work except the right side of the circle command. If I press and hold, eventually it moves. It's impossible the input text, or select shows with this remote. Any suggestions ?

Kinda glitches out and will turn off the tv randomly

My dog chewed up my other remote. It was a pain but I did just automatically go out and order one from Amazon. Figuring that there was going to be some type of programming that was going to be difficult. It was not. It was a matter of hitting one button or two buttons and holding them for a few seconds and everything synced right up like it was supposed to. The price is reasonable and the voice control is still there with Alexa and the same size. I was able to put the same case back on from my other remote. It's very easy to use. Doesn't feel any different than the one that I got with my TV.
