Why is it so expensive? hot wheels are generally $1 at walmart & i’d say it’s at most worth $20

It's pretty basic, supply and damand. Sure, if somebody just want any basic Hot Wheel car, then walmart is the perfect place.

I don't know what you mean by "Original". I bought mine a long time ago. And, it is burred deep, deep, deep within my collection. One persona asked if certain lights were painted. I was never able to answer that question. Don't know if that's what your talking about.
