The best flavor out of all of the ONE bars. Usually sold out in local stores. Glad to see it on amazon. Best Flavor. 1g sugar. 20g protein. Received very fresh. Has good texture.

Really happy with these ONE Protein Bars in the Birthday Cake flavor. The texture is soft and not too chewy, and the flavor actually tastes like birthday cake without being overly sweet. 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar makes them a great grab-and-go snack. I took off one star because the aftertaste is a tiny bit artificial

I've FINALLY found a gluten free protein bar that my 92 year old mom will eat. It's hard to meet her daily protein requirements, this product is perfect. I tried one myself, really tastes good and has low sugar. Definitely buying this again.

ONE protein bars have been the only protein bar that can easily pass as a candy bar in my opinion. Flavors taste great, it's nice to switch them up periodically. I usually eat one each day at lunch as my "dessert". I would like to see the protein/calorie ratio equal or higher protein/lower calories to make it seem healthier, but good as it. Best to buy in bulk online since price is really high individually. The only negative is that the bar coating will smear if they flake/melt and get on your clothes, vehicle or desk seat. I recommend eating them cold if possible and over something/outside.

Great bar, good macros, interesting flavor, not fake sweet. Easy to grab and run. Will get a bit sticky (chocolate dip) in a warm pocket but manageable for sure compare to others.

As of early January 2026, they have changed the recipe of the blueberry cobbler, getting rid of the cocoa butter and subbing in almond butter. Not sure what else they did, but if you enjoyed the sweetness of the old ones, and the easy to chew texture, the bars are COMPLETELY different, lost the smooth sweetness, made the texture more coarse, and the colors are awful, more brownish as if they've all gone off. You'll noticed the wrapper is slightly different. The one on the top is the GOOD, old version. The darker label is the newer version. If you sub and save to these bars, you may want to cancel. I cannot believe they messed with "my" recipe. These were my go-to, "guilty pleasure" on a fairly low sugar diet. They were filling, had an ok amount of sugar alcohols, and if you eat too much in a day, your tummy wouldn't thank you, but I'd rate them five stars every time. It's so hard to get good fruity flavors in a chewy protein bar. Now I have to go searching and spending money trying new bars to find a new favorite. Oh well! I just wanted to warn everyone that they did change and NOT for the better!!!
