Handles a 3 foot vertical lift easily
It’s a little expensive (minus 1 star) but is handling the 3 foot lift from a sump without any trouble for over a month now. Hope it holds up better than the last one that died the second time I tried to use it. So far, it’s great.

It IS Cheap, and pumps a lot of water, BUT...
Okay, if you're just looking for a pump that pushes a lot of water and has a small footprint, and is cheap, this is just fine....That said: This is SUPPOSED to be ADJUSTABLE. There is a knob on the side that closes off the front vents, supposedly to decrease water flow. Thing is .... that knob, while it does turn and APPEAR to close off the vents ... has exactly NO EFFECT on the water flow. You think you're turning down the flow ... but the same amount of water comes out. And YES, I DID measure the water flow in comparison. SO ... the question is, IF the water isn't coming through the incurrent vents, where IS it coming from?? Dunno. But DON'T expect this to be adjustable.AND .. they include some flexible vinyl tubing. Well ... that's nice, I s'pose .... but this tubing is less than useless. First, it is incredibly supple .... which might be nice for other things, but notsomuch flexible tubing. Problem being, they send it wound tightly and bound .... so that it is chockablock full of kinks, which are now impossible to unkink. SO ... as long as you don't mind just tossing the hose, no worries. But don't count on that hose for anything but the trash pile.SO, to recap: Cheap, powerful pump with small footprint. Fix the adjustability, and send hose that isn't kinked beyond repair, and you're golden.

This thing is tiny but powerful I use it to clean lines with alkali solution and it has held up very well

Exactly what was needed
This statue is over 50 years old and what a job clearing all the old tubing out. Continuously breaking up and clogging the system. This pump with the added tubing was just the "fix" to make this old gal like new. Just the right pressure to keep the stream inisde the "shell" and adjustable too.
