Review of REAPP Alarm Disc Lock Motorbike Lock Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
Overview: The REAPP Alarm Disc Lock is a high-security solution designed to protect motorcycles, mopeds, and motocross bikes from theft. Equipped with a loud 110db alarm and a reminder cable, this disc brake lock aims to provide strong security while ensuring ease of transport with its included carry pouch.Design & Build Quality: The build quality of the REAPP Alarm Disc Lock is impressive. Made from robust materials, the lock feels solid and durable, ensuring that it can withstand the elements and the test of time. The compact design makes it easy to carry while commuting or traveling, and the included carry pouch is a thoughtful addition that keeps the lock protected when not in use.Alarm System: The standout feature of this lock is the 110db alarm that activates when there is an attempt to tamper with the lock. The sound is loud enough to draw immediate attention, which is a crucial deterrent against potential thieves. I tested the alarm feature, and it effectively responded to minimal movement, providing peace of mind when leaving my bike unattended.Ease of Use: Using the REAPP Alarm Disc Lock is straightforward. It fits easily onto disc brakes, and the locking mechanism is simple to operate. The reminder cable is especially useful; it serves as a visual reminder to prevent accidental riding with the lock still in place—something that many riders (myself included) can appreciate.Versatility: This lock is suitable for a variety of motorcycles and scooters, making it a versatile option for different bike owners. Whether you have a sports bike, cruiser, or even a moped, the REAPP Alarm Disc Lock can provide the security you need.Security Features: In addition to the alarm, the lock's design includes a hardened steel shackle, which resists cutting and sawing. This added layer of security makes it a formidable option for those serious about protecting their investment.Drawbacks: While the REAPP Alarm Disc Lock offers great features, it’s worth noting that the alarm can be overly sensitive at times, with vibrations from nearby traffic occasionally triggering it. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall effectiveness and security it provides. Conclusion: Overall, the REAPP Alarm Disc Lock is an excellent investment for anyone looking to secure their motorcycle or scooter. With its powerful alarm, durable construction, and user-friendly design, it effectively combines high security with convenience. OK for Price
This is my first Motorbike disc lock, on first impressions it seems a good product however its the finer detail that it lacks. The bag that it comes with you struggle to put both the disc lock and cable into and also there is no adjustment for the bag belt, it looks like its been stitched on both sides where the buckle is so the buckle has no movement whats so ever, a manufacturing error im sure. the lock seems ok though but have yet to try it

Excellent Security and Loud Alarm!
I recently purchased this alarm disc lock for my motorcycle, and I’m very impressed with its performance. The build quality is solid, made from durable metal that feels sturdy and resistant to tampering. It’s compact yet heavy-duty, making it easy to carry while offering strong protection. The alarm is incredibly loud—enough to startle anyone attempting to move the bike. It’s sensitive enough to detect movement but not overly sensitive to false alarms, which is a great balance. The lock is easy to set up and comes with spare keys, which is a nice touch.Overall, this is a fantastic deterrent against theft, giving me peace of mind when parking my bike in public places. Highly recommended for any motorcycle owner!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great
Great price, very loud and works well. Robust and strong. Doesnt need key to lock so quick and easy to setup. Would benefit from an arrow or marker to line up lock bit with disc hole easier as can be hard to thread through but great for the price.

Robust and Visible
Works as it should. Good visible deterrent and loud alarm. Carry pouch hasn't been thought out because you have to put in lock position to get it in - which puts the lock in alarm mode 🙄. Apart from that good piece of kit - robust and not too heavy

Lock Jammed
I had this lock for two years, and must have only used it a dozen or so times, keeping it in a warm and dry place when not needed, however yesterday i came to use it on an overnight stop and it jammed closed, and i was unable to open it no matter how i tried. luckily for me i tested it before putting it on the bike else it would have been disastrous. the alarm was set and it kept going off when i moved it (which is what it's supposed to do), so i had no alternative but to throw it away as even if i did manage to open it again i wouldn't have trusted it. I'll buy a better quality one next time
