The 2. option is the full tail light with the reverse and turn signal areas cut out. It will also include the rear reflector tints. Please check the photos for each option to find the overlay coverage photos for a better idea on where the tint will cover for each item.

Will it fit a 2022 Kia Forte ?

No. This will only fit the 2021+ Kia K5

Does this include the two reflectors on the lower part of the bumper?

Yes, this model does come with the lower rear reflector overlays. Please refer to the 2nd photo to see a better idea what overlays are included.
