This was a wonderful book. I would highly recommend it.

I smoked for 50 years two packs a day there I quit smoking once I finished my book and I was not ornery and I was I was happy it teaches you about the addiction the addiction only stays in your body for 3 Days the rest of it you're dealing with the habit I'm a non-smoker and proud of it this book and God make a great combination

POSITIVE: GREAT tips to put into practice! NEGATIVE: WAY WAY WAY too many references to COVID.
Loved the simplicity and tips to put into practice. Disappointed with the constant references to COVID and the deadly pandemic. The reminders throughout the entire book took me back in time to a place that I would not have chosen to visit. If you can filter out the COVID references, you’ll find some very helpful information. Perhaps the Author will have a revised edition published. 🧐

Great book
Will organized, full of simple techs to help overcome neg thinking for a more useful, peaceful, happy life. I always thought all neg thoughts were bad not so according to the author. It’s the chronic ones that get us in trouble. In self help books I usually make a mess underlying and writing out to the side, also put the page # on the first page so I can easily go back and refresh my tired ole brain!!I’ll reread this book later after the new thoughts settle. Tks
