REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs)

I’ve been trying the REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs) for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. The variety pack is perfect—I can switch flavors depending on my mood, and none of them taste artificial or overly sweet. These single-serve stick packs are extremely convenient for on-the-go hydration, whether I’m at work, traveling, or after a workout. I’ve noticed I feel more energized and less sluggish after using them, which tells me the electrolytes are actually making a difference. I also appreciate that it’s easy to mix, doesn’t leave a weird residue, and isn’t loaded with unnecessary sugar or additives. Overall, a great product for staying hydrated, especially during hot days or after exercise. Highly recommend!

We've been ordering re-lyte for a while. This is helpful to find which flavors you like and then save $ by ordering the big container of powder that you scoop out.

My son suggested I use this electrolyte powder. I like the flavors and I can tell that I have used this. I'm pleased.

I like these but they do have a strong taste and kinda salty too, which I know is common for electrolyte drinks, but this is more than I’m used to. However, if I split it between two bottles of water instead of, it’s much better in my opinion. Not a bad price either for what you are getting and I’m glad you get to try a variety before you buy a whole pack of them. As far as mixing it, the salt is a little more difficult because the salt crystals are larger. Still mixes ok after a few minutes. Can’t speak truly to the effectiveness as I’ve only tried one so far, but still good in my book. First pack set was damaged and the contents spilled into the bag, but the customer service was amazing and addressed my experience quickly and easily solved it by replacing it 😁👍🏻

Good taste and good amount of flavor, not overly flavored. Individual packets are easy to take on the go. Felt they provided good hydration and boost mid day or after a workout

They are pretty good. I take one in the morning to help with cravings. Yes it’s salty buts supposed to be. It has no sugar so dilute with more water if you don’t like the amount of saltiness. All flavors a good EXCEPT flavorless. Don’t try that one

I don't have a reason not to rate this 5 stars. Wasn't too salty, and flavor waa good. Also noticed decreased in leg cramps. I will be purchasing again.

it is a bit too sweet tasting for me even though there is no sugar in it

I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn't sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

Nice way to get different flavors

Bought these to try as an alternative to drinking Gatorade Zero for an electrolyte boost. Definitely pricy for just a few single serve packs but wanted to try them all out. Personally loved the strawberry lemonade best. Keep in mind though they definitely are salty (as advertised). I don’t think I like it enough to buy a big container personally. My husband absolutely hated this stuff. I saw a few reviews on here saying that it doesn’t dissolve in water. I used my handheld milk frothing tool to blend the packet contents in a small amount of water first and it completely dissolved. Then I added the rest of my water to dilute. Worked great, zero clumps.

Great quality at a good price. Very comparable to LMNT, however it doesn’t quite dissolve as well.

Takes the mundane out of water. Will definitely continue to buy.
