Great Quality
I bought this to make the registration stickers for my brother's boat. It worked great, easy to cut, weed, and transfer on to the boat. It was been about 2 months and it is hold up great so far!

Its a good quality professional vinyl with predictable chrematistics and adhesion. Behaves as intended no bubbles or difficulty weeding and removing from cutting mat.

HORRIBLE! Absolutely not Oracal
This is hands down the worst vinyl I have ever attempted to use. The tape they used to hold the roll ripped a giant hole in the vinyl when I tried to remove it.I have drawers full of Oracal products I have purchased from an online craft store, it is a great product.This garbage being peddled on Amazon is going to give Oracal a bad name.
