It works if you actually try
This item is worth it AND you actually have to put it into practice - at first the exhalation/inhalation is tricky - but you can pick up on it. Also - all these people saying the directions are in a different language - calm down and download a translation app on your phone, take of picture of it and voilà - its not worth the bad review!

I would give it a zero, but it is not there. The directions are in Chinese and you cannot get it to goinward on inhaling. What a farce. I should have know better than to buy something from thatcountry. Never again.
